Keynote Presenter: Judith A. Cohen, MD, Medical Director, Allegheny General Hospital Center for Traumatic Stress in Children & Adolescents, and Professor of Psychiatry, Drexel University College of Medicine.
Addressing the widespread impact that childhood trauma can have on both the physical and mental health of an individual, Keynote Speaker Dr. Judith Cohen, Medical Director of the Center for Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents at Allegheny General Hospital, will present the benefits of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). The Center is nationally recognized as a leader in developing and researching evidence-based, trauma-focused treatments for children and adolescents.

Plenary Speaker: Jordan Corcoran, Founder, Listen, Lucy
Meet Jordan Corcoran, founder of Listen, Lucy. Jordan lives with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. She has learned to cope with the symptoms of both through the help of writing and counseling. But Jordan didn’t just stop there. She wanted to help others who were also struggling with coping. That answer came in the form of Listen, Lucy, a safe and comfortable online community where others can share their story, anonymous and free of judgment. Jordan will share her personal journey and what lead her to create Listen, Lucy. Jordan will also motivate and inspire those in attendance to learn to love themselves and “pay-it-forward” through the power of #TheAcceptanceMovement.
