Support Groups

“I am angry, sometimes overwhelmed and confused, but most of the time I just feel all alone. What’s next for me and my family? Will we ever be the same as before this happened? What does this diagnosis of mental illness mean?”

You are Not Alone!

Consumers and family members need not face the challenges of living with mental illness alone. NAMI Southwestern Pennsylvania is there to offer the support that is essential to assist consumers and family members to take the steps toward recovery. NAMI Southwestern Pennsylvania also provides support groups and educational programs throughout the southwestern region.

For information regarding the time and locations of specific support groups, contact the following groups below. Guest speakers and special events being held will be listed under each support group. If you have more specific mental health questions please contact the NAMI Southwestern Pennsylvania office at (412) 366-3788.
